There might be a few possible reasons to this issue:
- There is poor or no data network connectivity in the vicinity. Requesting for an SMS-OTP requires the information to be sent over a data network.
- There is poor or no cellular network connectivity in the vicinity. Receiving an SMS requires a mobile device to have cellular network connectivity.
- The OTP may have been sent to your email instead. We have included a fall-back system to send the OTP via email if in any case, the SMS system fails. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders.
